| Hopkins Inn Salad Dressings
Hopkins Inn visitors are familiar with the Hopkins Inn House, Caesar, and Spinach Dressings served in our dining rooms. Best characterized as a light vinaigrette, the distinct flavor of the House Dressing is derived from a blend of herbs and fresh vegetables.
Over the years, our guests have found creative ways to use our dressing. They mix it in cold pasta salads and spread it on grilled chicken sandwiches. You will find the Hopkins Inn Caesar and Spinach Dressings are simple ways to make everyday salads special.
All of the dressings are prepared in our own kitchen, ensuring both their freshness and the consistency of their flavor. You may purchase our dressings either at the inn or in one of the many Connecticut grocery and gourmet stores which carry the dressings in their produce departments.
